Are you struggling with missing teeth, uncomfortable dentures, or the daily frustration of a smile that doesn’t reflect your vibrant self? The dream of a permanent, fully functional, and beautiful smile is not only possible it can often be achieved in just a single day. Welcome to the transformative world of All-on-4 dental implants, expertly mastered by Dr. Joseph Stan in the heart of Beverly Hills. The All-on-4 technique represents a paradigm shift in full-arch restoration. It’s designed to give patients a fixed, natural-looking set of teeth using only four strategically placed implants per arch. This innovative approach maximizes existing bone, often eliminating the need for complex bone grafts, and delivers immediate results. Imagine arriving with dental concerns and leaving with a provisional, fully functional smile, all within 24 hours. This isn’t just a dental procedure; it’s a life-changing experience that restores your ability to eat, speak, laugh, and live without hesitation.

What Are All-on-4 Dental Implants?

The All-on-4 treatment concept is a sophisticated dental implant solution for patients who need to replace an entire arch (upper or lower) of teeth. Unlike traditional dentures, which rest on the gums and can slip, or procedures requiring 6-8 implants per arch, All-on-4 uses just four titanium implants. Two implants are placed vertically at the front of the jaw, where bone density is typically higher, and two are placed at an angle in the back. This angular placement utilizes stronger bone and provides exceptional support for a full-arch prosthetic bridge. This bridge, crafted from high-quality, tooth-colored materials, is securely attached to the implants and does not come out. The result is a permanent, non-removable set of teeth that look, feel, and function like your natural smile.

I went to see Dr. Stan to determine if I was a good candidate for an implant because I have a crown on my front tooth that was coming off and my current dentist told me I needed an implant or a bridge and they couldn’t repair it. Dr Stan was able to re-bond my crown and he explained thoroughly the procedure for the implant for my particular tooth and situation. He didn’t feel that it was necessary at this time and that if this crown comes off again, we can redo the crown instead of doing an implant. He did say that it would most likely last a few more years. I am so happy that I went To see Dr. Stan, I absolutely loved him. He made me feel so at ease and so comfortable to be at the dentist. His work was impeccable and he is so precise. In fact, he made my crown feel better than it ever was. Dr Stan and the staff literally made me feel as if I was a part of their family. Olga and Rachel were gems. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful experience.

Dr. Stan was my dentist almost 30 years ago. He did wonderful and terrific work. After 29-30 years, I had to change up a gold crown he did. (#19) Can't ask for better work than that, almost three decades without issue. Great job Dr. Stan. (I have since moved)

It was over 10 years that I hadn’t comfortably and happily smiled. About two months ago I went to see Dr Joseph Stan for a consult. Going in I was feeling scared and anxious. The consult went a lot smoother than expected. The staff was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable. I honestly felt like I was at home. Usually at the dentist I am hating life but just the opposite here. About two weeks after my consult I went in for my procedure and it went amazing! I am so happy I chose Dr Stan and his team. Not only is he an amazing dentist, his work is like art. I love love my new smile. I would never imagined the entire experience from start to finish would be this easy and would make me so happy. I CAN NOT STOP SMILING!! 😊 Thank you so much Dr Stan and all of the team at the Smile Boutique!

All-on-4 Dental Implants: Recovery & Aftercare Guide

A smooth recovery is key to the long-term success of your new smile. This guide outlines what to expect and how to care for your All-on-4 implants immediately after surgery and for years to come.

The First 24-48 Hours

  • Immediate Post-Op Care: Expect some swelling, minor bleeding, and discomfort, all of which are normal. Apply ice packs to the outside of your cheek in 20-minute intervals to reduce swelling. Rest with your head elevated. A soft diet and plenty of cool fluids are essential. Take all prescribed medications as directed.

The First Week & Beyond

  • Oral Hygiene: You will be given a special antimicrobial rinse. Use it gently as instructed. For the first week, avoid rinsing vigorously. After initial healing, you will receive a soft-bristled brush and tools like a water flosser to clean around the abutments and under the prosthesis daily.
  • Diet: Stick to a soft-food diet (blended soups, yogurt, mashed potatoes, smoothies) for the first several weeks. Gradually reintroduce softer solid foods as comfort allows. Avoid hard, crunchy, or sticky foods entirely until cleared by Dr. Stan.

Long-Term Maintenance for Lifelong Success

  • Professional Care:Schedule and attend your follow-up appointments. We will monitor healing and the fit of your prosthesis. Once fully healed, professional cleanings and check-ups every six months are non-negotiable. These visits allow us to professionally clean the implants and ensure their ongoing health.
  • Daily Habits:Treat your new teeth with care. Avoid using them to open packages or bite nails. If you grind your teeth at night, we will provide a protective nightguard. Continue brushing twice daily and cleaning under the bridge as taught.

Patient Story
Partial dentures are removable appliances that replace multiple missing teeth with prosthetic teeth on a gum-colored base. They’re affordable but may feel unstable, causing difficulty chewing or speaking and gum irritation. Unlike implants, partial dentures don’t preserve bone health and can feel less natural in daily use.

Total transformations are possible.
